If you're a client of ours, then you'll probably know that we've been a Lenovo Authorised Service Partner for a long time, and we're more than happy to continue that status for 2024.
What does this mean in practice?
However, if you are not our customer, you might be interested in what we mean by service.
We have been providing professional services for many years for both B2B and B2C.
Service for ordinary users
Jako koncový zákazník můžete využít naše Service pointy v Praze a Brně pro drobné servisní práce, pomoc se záchranou dat, či třeba nefunkčními komponenty. Stav reklamace či záruky si můžete jednoduše ověřit prostřednictvím on-line formuláře, drobné zásahy jsme schopni řešit i v režimu same-day.
Special corporate scheme for B2B clients
For corporate customers, we offer a full range of additional services in a special mode, tailored to the client's requirements:
- service for end devices (laptops, PCs,...), but also servers / server rooms
- specialists in server environments - we are one of the largest Lenovo server partners in Europe
- we provide service at the location specified by the customer
- we can arrange transport of equipment from the whole Czech Republic
- we offer and provide, among others, professional electrical revision of IT equipment
- We have extensive experience in complex end-to-end data center moves
