Save the date: A Beacon of Change in Internal Auditing
2 min
If you are an internal auditor at a government agency, you most likely attend events organized by the Czech Institute of Internal Auditors (ČIIA) on a regular basis. And rest assured that preparations for the next one are already well underway.
A workshop titled " A Beacon of Change in Internal Auditing ," designed primarily for internal auditors in the public sector, will take place on May 13–14, 2026, inHradec Králové. You can attend whether or not you are a member of the ČIIA. Complete information and the program can be found on the Institute’s website.
As every year, the first day of the workshop will be dedicated to breakout sessions, and we’re already looking forward to our session, where we’ll take a close look at cybersecurity audits and NIS2 —it will be hands-on and focus on how to navigate all of this without getting lost.
For the second day of the conference, we are preparing a presentation The Race Against Time: Quantum Threats and the Role of Auditing, in which we will briefly explore the world of quantum technologies—focusing not on physical principles, but rather on the context of new cyber threats and their connection to auditing.
We believe that, given the wide range of activities related to quantum technologies, ITS has a lot to offer, and as a long-standing general partner of the event, we are already looking forward to seeing everyone there—perhaps even you.
