Electromobility project in ITS

As part of further technological innovations, this time not only in the field of information technology, ITS joint stock company has decided to acquire the first company electric vehicle.

Project description and objectives

The aim of the project was to acquire a new electric vehicle that fits in with our long-term strategy:

reduce the carbon footprint
to support the development of electromobility in the Czech Republic
to examine the readiness for a future transition from traditional drive types to electric vehicles

This is our first company experience with this type of drive and we believe that the representation of electric vehicles will gradually become more frequent not only in our fleet.

Result of the project implementation

After some deliberation, we selected and purchased a new Tesla car as planned, specifically the Tesla Model 3 Long Range.

Přesto, že jde o nejlevnější modelovou řadu v nabídce výrobce, verze Long Range urazí reálně přes 600 kilometrů a byla speciálně navržena pro dlouhý dojezd. Model Long Range zaujme mimo jiné také minimalistickým interiérem pouze se dvěma displeji, či možností odemykání auta pomocí mobilního telefonu.
